Admin Assistant

A young and dynamic international property company starting up in Kuala Lumpur are seeking suitable and energetic people to join their expanding property management & sales team. Candidates must be hard working, honest and responsible individuals, who are motivated, driven with a passion to succeed and develop in their roles.

Responsibilities:
•Dealing with investor accounts on a range of property matters
•Handling and processing tenant and landlord enquiries
•Attend to all guests and visitors at the show room
•Provide administrative support to management team & suppliers
•Assist in establishing a management team to manage over 200 properties
•Liaise and maintain financial records regarding Agents, Contractors & Suppliers
•Responsible for administrative functions in the department
•Update management team on all aspects of the business
•Responsible for collecting rent and fees
•Dealing with banking of rent and investor funds
•Ability to work under pressure and with a minimum supervision

Requirements:
•PC literate and well versed in all MS Office applications
•High attention to detail and Computer literacy
•Good personality and excellent communication skills in English
•Conversant of Chinese language is an advantage
•Preferred language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English
•Candidate must be between 18 - 25 years
•Position available commencing from July 2009
•At least 1 – 2 years experience preferably in Admin or Customer Service environment but training provided for suitable candidates
•Dedicated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
