We are Construction, Trading and Services Company and looking for a right candidate urgently to work as a Account/Admin Executive to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
*** Salary range from RM1200-RM3000
*** Transport and Hand phone Allowances
*** Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
– Female only with LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
– Must have a knowledge in UBS accounting System
- Experience in Full-sets of accounts, Human Resource and Administrative functions
– Self motivated, proactive, & highly discipline
– Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel Advance.
– Must possess own transport with D licence
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage full set of accounts
- Manage Administration function
- Manage HR function, payroll etc
- Manage cash flow, budgets
- Liaise with auditors and finalization of accounts
- Liaise with banks on facilities
- Other special assignments and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
